Portuguese Institute of Sports and Youth (IPDJ) of Faro This weekend, he signed 53 financial support contracts for sports associations and clubs in the region.
The Signing Ceremony of the PNDpT (National Sports Program for All) 2023 Contracts took place in the Auditorium of the Algarve Regional Directorate of the IPDJ and was attended by Vítor Pataco, president of this institution, and Custódio Moreno, regional director of the Algarve.
With the signing of these 53 contracts, the IPDJ intends to “boost the generalization of (non-federated) sporting activities in an informal, recreational or competitive context, understood as a determining activity in the training and integral development of citizens, in promoting inclusion through sport and in improving health, quality of life and well-being of all people, in all segments of the population».
«This support will allow the development of projects in more than two dozen different modalities, in practically all municipalities in the Algarve, benefiting many thousands of practitioners, of all age groups», highlights the IPDJ.
