The dialogue session resulted in the possibility of AFA and FNFV establishing partnerships in the future

The Algarve Football Association (AFA) and the National Footvolley Federation (FNFV) met this Wednesday, October 18th, at the AFA headquarters, in Faro, with the aim of strengthening relationships and sharing strategies for a possible joint development of the sport.

As a result of common characteristics between footvolley and beach football, the dialogue session resulted in the possibility of AFA and FNFV establishing partnerships in the future.

The creation of synergies for the development of sporting activities in the Algarve, namely sand sports, is a common objective of the two institutions, which intend to develop joint work with a view to increasing the number of practitioners.

Present at the meeting were Carlos Coimbra and Hernâni Gonçalves, president and vice-president of the FNFV, and Reinaldo Teixeira, João Pedro Gomes and Luís Brites, president, vice-president and technical director of the AFA, respectively.
