Vila Vita welcomes KABUKI Lisboa to create a special Japanese night with Mediterranean flavors

Tasting menu of 8 moments, with the possibility of pairing wine and saké

Vila Vita Parc, in Alporchinhos (Lagoa) welcomes, on September 17th, chef Paulo Alves and wine director Filipe Wang from the Michelin-starred restaurant KABUKI Lisboa, at the resort's Japanese restaurant Mizu Teppanyaki, for a unique gastronomic evening of Japanese cuisine in harmony with the flavors of the Mediterranean.

This collaboration with chefs Diogo Ribeiro and António Muniz, from Mizu Teppanyaki, «promises to be an enriching experience with the unique concept of KABUKI cuisine at the center of attention, which pays homage to Japanese and Mediterranean cultures», highlights Vila Vita Parc.

«In an excellent combination of simplicity and elegance, flavors will be explored in all their purity for a unique sensorial experience with reference dishes from each chef, some created on purpose».

Dinner will start at 19pm and the 00-course tasting menu will cost 8 euros per person, with the possibility of pairing wine and saké for 145 euros/pp, guided by knowledge of the wine director from the KABUKI Lisbon restaurant.
