Vila Galé invests 6 million euros in hotel renovations

Most of the units that were subject to works are located in the Algarve

Vila Galé invested around 6 million euros in the renovation of some of its hotels in Portugal, most of which are in the Algarve, the hotel group announced.

In the Algarve region, five hotel units were remodeled.

At Vila Galé Náutico, in Armação de Pera, the refurbishment of the family rooms was carried out, the exterior of the building was painted and the outdoor pool was renovated, «similar to what happened with the pools at Vila Galé Atlântico and at the Vila Galé Collection Beach, both at Praia da Galé».

«At Vila Galé Atlântico and Vila Galé Cerro Alagoa, in Albufeira, the balcony frames were replaced, in order to guarantee better air conditioning and environmental sustainability. At Vila Galé Marina, in Vilamoura, the renovation of the sanitary facilities in all hotel rooms was completed», describes the hotel group.

The wave of renovation also reached other hotel units in the country, namely the Vila Galé Collection Elvas (new playground, Clube Nep for children and a water mirror), Vila Galé Ópera, in Lisbon (renovation of the reception, restaurant and meeting rooms and reconfiguration of the outdoor garden) and Vila Galé Porto, with the installation of a Massa Fina pizzeria with a terrace and renovation of the Soul & Blues bar.

The Vila Galé group also says that it will continue to invest in themed hotels, particularly in Lagos, where «the rooms will be dedicated to fashion, a theme that already animates the common areas of this Algarve unit» and at Vila Galé Ampalius, in Vilamoura, which will be dedicated to photography.
