Portimonense beat Vizela 3-2, in a game of strong emotions played in Minho, counting for the 7th round of the I League.

The Algarve took the lead in the 31st minute, with a penalty, through Carlinhos, who would prove to be the man of the match.

At the end of the first half, at 45+1, Ronie Carrillo put the Algarve team up 2-0.

In the second half, Vizela managed to react and reduced the deficit in the 58th minute.

And the home team would even reach a draw, due to an own goal by Filipe Relvas.

Portimonense reacted quickly and Carlinhos scored again, with a well-placed shot, in the 87th minute.

Until the end, Vizela risked everything and even conceded a fourth goal, in an unusual situation.

Vizelense goalkeeper Buntic went up to the Algarve's penalty area, in a dead ball, Portimonense won the ball and Formiga served Paulinho, but his teammate was out of the game, as there was only one defender from the opposing team between him. and the goal.

This goal ended up not being necessary and the 3-2 in favor of Portimonense remained until the end.

With this result, Portimonense now has 8 points and now occupies 9th place in the championship.
