Marisa Liz, HMB and Jimmy P will give music to the 70th Festa de Alcoutim, scheduled for the 8th, 9th and 10th of September.
The 8th of September begins with the Municipality Day celebrations, at Espaço Guadiana, with the attribution of Municipal Medals of Honour, Merit and Good Services and Dedication, which are followed by several inaugurations.
The three days have a lot of animation and, in this edition, the highlight, in addition to the headliners, goes to the sunset that appears in the program, inaugurating a visual spectacle on the banks of the Guadiana River.
The complementary program includes the traditional dance, this year enlivened by the “Ganda Banda”, fireworks, fireworks, street entertainment and sports activities.
The transport service, “Embarque na Festa”, is back in operation between Vaqueiros and Alcoutim, with stops in Martim Longo, Giões and Pereiro, with the EVA bus stops being the pick-up point for passengers, with timetables that constitute a viable alternative to transport in own car for the residents of Alcoutim.
The Alcoutim Festival is an initiative of the Municipality, with the support of the Alcoutim and Pereiro Parish Union, Alcoutim Volunteer Firefighters, Alcoutim Sports Group, Inter-Vivos Association, National Republican Guard, A Moira Association and Vila Real Port Authority of Santo Antonio.
Marisa Liz's concert takes place on the 8th, HMB on the 9th and Jimmy P takes the stage on the 10th.
