A 27-year-old man was arrested yesterday, August 27, by the PSP, for committing crimes of theft inside residences in Lagos.
The man, who had been under investigation since June, has now committed a robbery at a house, in the Porto de Mós area, where gold articles worth 56 thousand euros were subtracted, with the PSP obtaining evidence to detain him.
Most of the articles from this theft were recovered by the police, as well as articles from other offenses of the same nature, essentially occurring in homes in the city of Lagos.
The detainee is indicted for committing five crimes of aggravated theft and another five identical crimes in the attempted form.
The 27-year-old man will be present in court to apply the coercive measures.
