The Algarve Football Association (AFA) has, as of this Thursday, August 3, a Legal Support Office available to its clubs and referees.
All AFA affiliates can now benefit, free of charge, from a solid legal advisory, support and counseling service, of a preventive and pedagogical nature, with regard to strict compliance with the rules and regulations in force, their interpretation and application, and clarification of doubts related to implemented procedures and respective update of changes that may occur.
At stake is the defense of the best interest of clubs and referees' cores, in legal, administrative and regulatory matters, ensuring, at the same time, that their actions and operations are in compliance with the foreseen and applicable laws and regulations.
«The initiative arises from the constant concern of improving AFA services in favor of the development of its affiliates, as well as facilitating and streamlining the processes inherent in the effective pursuit of its activity», says AFA.
