Al Sud Palmares presents a set of new dishes that intend to be an ode to summer. fine dining of the Palmares Ocean Living & Golf resort, in Lagos, promises to awaken the five senses, combining the unique characteristics of local products and their seasonality, with new ingredients that go beyond the region and that mark the best of Portuguese cuisine.

For Executive Chef Louis Anjos and Chef Ricardo Luz, the introduction of new dishes is the result of the incessant work that both develop to offer a unique and excellent experience to those who visit them.

“As a Chef, there is nothing that makes me more satisfied than providing memorable moments to our visitors”, shares Louis Anjos, who reinforces the importance of highlighting these locally sourced products, ensuring sustainability and supporting local producers.

“Al Sud Palmares' 10-moment menu is better than ever. Each dish is prepared with every detail and care to inspire those who sit at the table, and this we owe to the hard work of Chef Louis Anjos and Chef Ricardo Luz, and to the passion and dedication of the teams. Years go by, trends change, but the quality of the creations and service is maintained, which is why we believe that this is also one of the reasons why we were awarded a Michelin star”, comments Alda Filipe, commercial and marketing director at Kronos Homes in Portugal.
