The Levante car park, in downtown Olhão, already has the Via Verde system available, making it easier and faster to park your car in this location.
With the acquisition of the Via Verde service by the Municipality of Olhão, «the Levante car park is equipped with new equipment that allows users to see the simplified payment process, now being fully digital», explains the municipality.
Via Verde allows the customer to pay for the time used for parking without having to resort to traditional payment methods: coins, bills or debit cards.
This measure is part of the mobility and parking strategy that this executive has been developing, which aims to improve this service both in terms of quality and the number of available spaces.
The municipality of Olhão already makes available, to residents and visitors, the Via Verde Estacionar system at the pachymeters on Avenida 5 de Outubro and Avenida da República, which allows online payment, as well as the management of parking time through the Via Verde Estacionar application .
Aware of the need for parking in this area of excellence, after the renovation of Avenida 16 de Junho, the Municipality increased the parking spaces to 360, also providing the Bela Olhão car park, with around 800 spaces, until the 17th of September, 2023.
