Chef's Table is back at Pine Cliffs

For four dinners, on the 20th and 27th of July and the 3rd and 10th of August

Chefs André Cruz, Diogo Rocha, Alexandre Silva and Rui Paula will host the second edition of Chef's Table, which returns to Pine Cliffs Resort in July and August. 

This gastronomic experience includes, in all, four dinners, which will take place in the MIMO Algarve kitchen, at the Pine Cliffs Resort, and which include welcome drink, a menu designed by the host chef consisting of six moments and wine pairing.

Chef André Cruz, responsible for the Feitoria Restaurant (one Michelin Star), opens the Chef's Table on the 20th of July, with a representation of nature through gastronomy.

Next up is Diogo Rocha, on the 27th of July, the chef at the head of the only restaurant distinguished with a Michelin star in Central Portugal, Mesa de Lemos, with the presentation of a menu in which the mountains and the sea take center stage. night's spotlight.

The third Chef's Table dinner will take place on the 3rd of August and will be hosted by chef Alexandre Silva, who leads the LOCO restaurant (one Michelin Star). To the guests, Alexandre Silva will offer reinvented traditional flavors to taste.

To close this summer edition, on the 10th of August, chef Rui Paula (two Michelin Stars restaurant Casa de Chá da Boa Nova) takes the stage of MIMO Algarve, who will present a menu where creativity is the key ingredient.

Chef's Table dinners are available for €195 per person and reservations are limited to 25 seats.
