Discussion and voting on the Public Auction for the Sale of the Rustic Property located in Barranco do Rodrigo will be on the agenda of the 6th Extraordinary Session of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, scheduled for August 7th, at 21:00 pm, in the Salão Nobre dos Paços do Município .
This is even the only item on the agenda for this 6th Extraordinary Session of the Portimonian AM, which will also debate the respective “Programme for the Public Auction Procedure for the Disposal of Real Estate Assets located in Barranco do Rodrigo” and “Caderno de Encargos”.
The land in question, according to the Public Notice which can be consulted in full below, has a total area of 373.320 square meters and will be put up for public auction for the base bidding value of 10.986.000 euros.
Before the period on the agenda there is, as usual, a period for citizen intervention.
