Zoomarine has again sent a financial contribution to help Zoos in Ukraine.
After an initial donation of 7500 euros (via EAAM – European Association for Aquatic Mammals), Zoomarine made a second donation of 2500 euros (via EAZA – European Association of Zoos and Aquariums), in favor of the defense of zoological specimens that have not yet it was possible to support or rescue from the war-stricken territories in Ukraine.
«Summer has just started, but we are confident that, by the end of the season, other community aid will be able to be sent», says Zoomarine, inviting everyone who can and wants to help to make a donation.
“And although our repeated help cannot resolve the conflict, it will at least help alleviate some of the suffering of many innocent people – because humanity does not end when the news ends, and because the needs of the innocent cannot be forgotten just because summer begins. and the holidays begin», the theme park also mentions in a note.
