Emotions from international speed skating made Lagos vibrate

Evidence counted for the European Cup in Speed ​​Skating

 

 

Last weekend, the city of Lagos hosted the 18th edition of the Terras do Infante International Tournament, which included the 2nd stage of the European Speed ​​Skating Cup. More than 400 skaters from 21 countries participated in the event.

Portugal participated with 226 athletes, many of them in contention to maintain their excellent positions in the rankings of the competitions.

The competitions took place on the track at Escola Secundária Júlio Dantas, considered one of the best in Europe, as well as on Avenida dos Descobrimentos.

The 2023 edition, with the organization of the Roller Lagos Clube de Patinagem, second of nine stages of the European Cup, places Lagos once again on the map of the modality at an international level.
