Timing was distinguished as the Best HR Supplier 2023, in the Temporary Work category, in the 12th edition of the initiative, promoted by the Portuguese People Management Association, on the 13th of March, at the Hotel Real Palácio, in Lisbon.
The evaluation was carried out by carrying out an anonymous survey that took into account aspects such as the image of the HR supplier, the quality of the products/services provided, the employees, the perceived price, overall satisfaction with the service and loyalty to the HR supplier. .
The initiative, promoted in partnership with the companies Qmetris and Mínimos Quadros, aims, according to Timing, «to contribute to the identification and dissemination of the best suppliers of human resources in Portugal».
The services that are the object of study, within the scope of this initiative, include: consultancy; training, coaching and professional development, recruitment, selection, assessment of skills and outplacement, health and safety at work and temporary work.
