Crab waffle, tuna belly and duck breast make up Aurora's new menu

Aurora by Vitor Veloso, in Loulé, presents, after a holiday period, a new menu created with the aim of sharing. 

In the new options, crab waffles, spicy tomato salad, muxama flakes, parsley powder, mayonnaise and beer (10 euros), cured and braised anchovy from Olhão, mussels, goat butter burre blanc, fermented cabbage and braised octopus roe ( 9 euros), for starters.

Among the main dishes, the tuna belly with tomato and cockle sauce and sea lettuce stand out (20 euros), the empty one with parsnip purée, roasted leek, cured egg yolk, Portuguese steak sauce (24 euros) , duck breast marinated in ponzu, topinabur puree, black garlic, dried figs, pickled beetroot and mustard seeds (21 euros), or the vegetarian option of cauliflower, green curry and lemon, cauliflower puree, lentils and pickled pear (18 euros).

The children's menu has also undergone some changes, and the vegetable cream is now joined by homemade breaded fish with tomato rice (8 euros) and veal steak with parsnip purée (8 euros).

The six moments tasting menus are also present (59 euros per person + 28 euros per person with wine pairing) or the four moments menus (40 euros per person + 18 euros per person with wine pairing).
