“Infiltrações” in “Invisible Territories” to see in the Fortress of Sagres

Entrance is free

The performance “infiltrações_vol.manuelbaptista” will be presented next Friday, at 17 pm, at the Exhibition Center of Fortaleza de Sagres.

“Infiltrações”, conceived and guided by Ana Borges, is promoted by Corpo de Hoje – Associação Cultural, in partnership with the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve.

The project was aimed, in particular, at a group of students from the EB 2,3 School in Vila do Bispo, putting dance and visual arts in dialogue, in connection with music.

In the “infiltrações” workshop, dance infiltrates another artistic area, in this particular case, in the work of Manuel Baptista, in the exhibition “Territorios Invisíveis”, on display at the Expositive Center of Fortaleza de Sagres.

~”infiltrações_vol.manuelbaptista” also features the collaboration of artist Miguel Martinho, composer Carlos Norton and musician Vasco Ramalho. At the end of the presentation, there will be a “Sem Rede” – an informal conversation with the public about this process of cultural mediation.

Admission is free, subject to reservation, given the capacity of the space. Bookings can be made by emailing [email protected] or calling 96 981 3558

The exhibition “Invisible Territories”, by Manuel Baptista, is curated by Mirian Tavares and Pedro Cabral Santo and is on display at the Contemporary Art Center of Fortaleza de Sagres, until the 16th of April.
