The PSP detained a 27-year-old man with a view to his extradition, in the city of Portimão, on 30 December.
The arrest took place after the citizen took advantage of the services of a hotel without paying, having used false documentation when identifying himself.
After establishing the true identity, the PSP verified that the man had an arrest warrant with a view to extradition, for committing economic and financial crimes and drug trafficking.
The detainee was present at the Court of Appeal of Évora during the day of yesterday, January 3, staying in Prison Facility awaiting the final decision on extradition.
