Philatelic collectors, writers and journalists who are natural or resident in the Algarve are invited to participate in yet another edition of Algarpex – Algarve Philatelic Exhibition, which will take place between the 11th and 13th of November at the Parish Council of Armação de Pêra.
The show will open at 15:30 pm on the 11th, next Friday, and will be invited by collectors from Spain, from the Clube Filatélico de Huelva.
This is a «non-competitive» event, which is intended, in essence, for everyone who has “O Bichinho do Selo”, which is also the name of the Youth Philatelic Center of the EB2/3 School of Armação de Pera, which organizes this event. event with the sponsorship and support of the Municipality of Silves, the Portuguese Philatelic Federation, CTT and the Armação de Pera Parish Council.
On the 11th, even before the opening ceremony, which includes the handing over of the Algarpex flag to the organizing association, the opening of the Post Office and the launch of the philatelic brand, there will be visits by the school's students to the premises.
