Local shops in Portimão will mark Black Friday with six days of discounts, starting from Monday, November 21st, until Saturday, the 26th.
Over the next week, the six dozen stores adhering to the initiative will have discounts of up to 50%.
Sales will reach the most varied types of products, from clothing, footwear and accessories, to handicrafts and regional products.
«Through “Black Friday”, and associating itself with the Anglo-Saxon commercial concept, it is intended to create new opportunities and interactions in local commerce, at this Christmas time, promoting proximity and quality commerce, and also providing participating entities with the opportunity to publicize and monetize its commercial offer and services», according to the Chamber of Portimão, which supports this initiative of the Associação Portimonense do Comércio e Serviços.
