The Municipal Assembly of Portimão will meet for its 5th Ordinary Session of 2022, on the 5th of December, at 21:00, in the Salão Nobre of the Paços do Concelho de Portimão.
According to the notice of this session of the Portimonense AM, which can be consulted by clicking here, after the citizens' intervention period and before the agenda, there will be the usual appreciation of the written information presented by the mayor of Portimão.
The first item on the agenda is “Appreciation and Voting on the forecast documents, which include the Budget for Revenue, Expenditure and the Major Plan Options of the City Council, for the five-year period from 2023 to 2027”, followed by the discussion of the Personnel Map and Annual Recruitment Plan.
The 3rd point is the “Discussion and voting, of the prior authorization for the assumption of multiannual commitments, as well as for their reprogramming, which result from projects, actions or of another nature, contained in the Great Options of the Plan, under the competence of the Municipal Assembly ”.
This is followed by the debate around the rates of IMI, IRS and Derrama (4th, 5th and 6th item on the agenda), as well as the maintenance of the suspension of the application of the phasing of the value of the municipal taxes in force and the Municipal Rights of Way by 0,25%.
The last two items on the agenda will discuss the composition of the Advisory Council for Medals and Honorary Distinctions of the Municipality of Portimão and the amendment to the Regulation on parking areas.
