The show “Mulher Reflexo”, which took the stage at the Carlos do Carmo Municipal Auditorium, in Lagoa, and raised 695 euros, to support Anocas, the child who, at the age of 2 and a half, was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
The money was raised at the venue of the show, by donation.
“We are very grateful for what you are doing on the Consciously Different Path that Anocas and I are treading. This was the first event held in the Algarve that reverts to Anocas' adventure in the World of Integrative Oncology Pediatrics and we were very pleased with the revenue raised. Thank you to the Municipality of Lagoa, to Artis XXI and to all those who contributed to our path”, said To Alexandrina Brito, the girl's mother.
“Mulher Reflexo” is a multidisciplinary project that will give prominence and voice to the feminine.
Over the course of 50 minutes, this creation will respond through music, theater and movement to the question “what exists beyond an image captured through the simple reflection of the mirror”.
According to Artis XXI, this will be the motto and the question that will lead a woman musician, a woman dancer, a woman plastic artist, a woman composer, a woman actress and six young women, students of the professional course of technical support to childhood, to share their doubts, emotions and perspectives on stage.
This solidarity initiative had the support of the Municipality of Lagoa.
