Algarve entrepreneurs go to ANJE’s “hitchhiking” Web Summit

Ten entrepreneurs from the Algarve will have the opportunity to go to the Web Summit, which will take place in Lisbon between the 1st and 4th of November, to take a ride with the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE) and the project “Restart Algarve: Regional Support Network for Entrepreneurship".

The business association opened today, September 28th, a call that will last until October 5th, under which it will offer travel, accommodation and admission to the event to ten selected entrepreneurs.

“Entrepreneurs belonging to StartUps with headquarters and/or establishment in the Algarve, constituted less than 3 years ago, and promoters of innovative business projects in the legal pre-constitution phase, under development with the support of the Regional Network of Incubators of the Algarve, which have a technological nature and/or a strong incorporation of knowledge in their activity».

For Rita Gonçalves, executive director of ANJE Algarve, «this is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs in the region to benefit from free admission and accommodation and to participate in the world's largest event in the area of ​​innovation and technology, with access to hundreds of conferences, workshops and business meetings. They will improve their business and technological skills, create international networks, contact potential investors, partners and customers».
