Algar, the company responsible for the selective collection and management of recyclable waste in the Algarve, today started a new contact and support service for the citizens of its region – the Recycling Line.

Through the freephone 800 911 400 or the email address [email protected], consumers can contact either Algar or the other companies of the EGF Group.

According to the company, it is «a public, free and national service, which was created to provide effective answers to the citizen, namely doubts, requests for information, suggestions, complaints, praise and service requests related to selective collection. and the treatment of municipal waste'.

This new service from the EGF Group, of which Algar is a part, responds to the 16 municipalities in the Algarve region.

The hotline is open from Monday to Friday, from 09 am to 00 pm, and on the other side of the line the citizen «will find experienced operators who will help you with all the doubts and questions you need help with and which are related to the waste and resources we manage every day. You will also be able to use the new website with useful information and an easier and more direct contact, which will allow you to resolve your queries effectively».
