merchants in downtown Faro join the União de Freguesias to give benefits to customers

Under the “Living Faro"

The Union of Parishes of Faro (UFF) and the Commercial Development Association of the Historic Zone of Faro came together to give advantages to those who shop at the local trade.

Yesterday, the two entities signed a cooperation protocol for the creation of the program “Viver Faro”, which “aims to encourage commercial dynamism and support the local economy”, according to UFF.

The initiative «consists in the granting of a card, which will give those who have it a set of advantages translated into discounts at the level of trade and services, seeking to develop a relationship of preference and proximity between the consumer customer and the traditional trade».

The protocol also provides for "promotion actions for the Viver Faro, as well as partnerships and actions of a cultural, sporting or social nature to promote local commerce in downtown Faro».
