The Aljezur City Council provided 260 thousand euros to support works and actions in the four Parish Councils of the municipality: Aljezur, Bordeira, Odeceixe and Rogil.
According to the municipality, the funding, which will be shared between the four parishes, comes “within the scope of complementarity and the pursuit of the public interest and the protection of the rights and interests of local populations”.
These are the projects and actions for each parish:
Aljezur Parish Council
- Christmas and New Year Animation Program
Financial Support – up to a value of 20 thousand euros. - Animation Program for Seniors and Young People
Financial Support – up to a value of 5 thousand euros, inclusive. - DROP Project
Financial Support – up to a value of 5 thousand euros, inclusive. - Repair, Maintenance and Acquisition of Equipment for the Parish Council Headquarters Building
Air conditioning; Furniture; windows and blinds, Financial support – up to and including 20 thousand euros. - Acquisition of a Tractor
Financial Support – up to a value of 15 thousand euros, inclusive.
Bordeira Parish Council
- Embellishment with wall painting, using graffiti technique in various spaces in the parish
Financial Support – up to a value of 20 thousand euros, inclusive. - Restoration and Repair of Gardens – Entrances of Bordeira and Carrapateira
Financial Support – up to a value of 15 thousand euros, inclusive. - Expansion of the Parish Council Warehouse, located at the entrance to the valley near the Bordeira ETAR
Financial support – up to and including €4. - Electricity installation in the Parish Council warehouse located at the end of Rua da Oliveira – Bordeira
Financial Support – up to a value of 3 thousand euros, inclusive. - Acquisition and Installation of Fitness Equipment in Bordeira and in the Alfambras Picnic Park
Financial Support – up to a value of 4 thousand euros, inclusive. - Repair of Streets, Aqueducts and Pontoons in the Parish
Financial Support – up to a value of 10 thousand euros, inclusive. - Summer Animation Activities (Largos Animados) and Christmas
Financial Support – up to a value of 5 thousand euros, inclusive. - Acquisition and Installation of Equipment for parking bicycles in various public places in the parish

Odeceixe Parish Council
- Warehouse expansion and requalification works
Financial Support – up to a value of 50 thousand euros, inclusive. - Acquisition of an open-top vehicle with a weighbridge, for the collection and transport of leftover greens and “monos”
Financial Support – up to a value of 15 thousand euros, inclusive.
Rogil Parish Council
- Construction of the Parish Council Headquarters Building
Financial Support – up to a value of 65 thousand euros, inclusive.
