A Public Tribune demanding “an increase in wages and pensions, given the increase in the cost of living” will take place this Friday, April 8, at 18:00 pm, in front of the Algarve Forum, in Faro, in an initiative of the Union of Unions of the Algarve.
«The daily life of workers, pensioners and families has worsened, and it is increasingly difficult to take home the necessary food, pay rent, water, electricity, gas, medicines and face other expenses» , indicates the Union of Trade Unions.
Trade unionists argue that the cost of living has increased due to the pandemic and, now, the war in Ukraine.
