A “Walk for the prevention of child abuse”, scheduled for Saturday, the 2nd, at 10:00 am, will kick-off the 40th anniversary celebrations of the Irene Rolo Foundation (FIR), in Tavira, which will take place in 2022 .
The initiative, promoted by the social response Intervenção Precoce and the Alcatruz+ project, will start at Praça da República, in Tavira (2 kilometer route).
«Dress in blue and also join the construction of a human blue bond, within the scope of this initiative that aims to alert the community to the problem of child abuse», challenged the Tavira foundation.
This activity will have the collaboration of the Municipality of Tavira and the CPCJ.

In addition to this walk, the program of commemorations includes actions and projects to be carried out with the community, not only to celebrate the anniversary, but also to «give visibility to the work carried out by the institution».
