All doubts about oral hygiene will be answered in a session that will have a call at the Quarteira center of the Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen Municipal Library, on Friday, the 25th, at 21:00.
Sofia Martins, oral hygienist, is invited to another edition of the section "Let's ask questions about..." and will "address the main diseases, their form of prevention and the strategies of the National Program for the Promotion of Oral Health of the Directorate-General of Health", according to the Loulé Chamber.
Graduated in Oral Hygiene from the Faculty of Dental Medicine of Lisbon since 1998, Sofia Martins has been a superior technician in Diagnosis and Therapeutics - Oral Hygiene Area at ARS Algarve since 2001. She is an oral hygienist and local oral health manager at the Loulé Health Center. She has been practicing clinic since 1998, with particular emphasis on patients in the areas of Periodontology and Implantology.
«This gathering will therefore be a tool with important information for the general public, contributing to the improvement of the oral health of the community», stressed the municipality.
“Let's ask questions about…” is a monthly activity, with different themes and with guests specialized in the areas covered.
