Six women artists got together and created six pieces, the sale of which will revert in full to the Association of Ukrainians in the Algarve.
The desire to help Ukraine motivated this group of six women, artists and residents of the Algarve, to embrace the cause of raising funds through the sale of their art.
The artists involved are Pure Shape – Handmade, by Xana Cruz, KrDesire, by visual artist Cristina Guerreiro, Margarida Maltinha, graphic designer, Barro à Parede, by artisan Carla Costa, Kika's Art, an Amigurumi work by artist Vera Carlos and Joana Theodosius, To Healing, on the Quilling Technique.
Together they created a Facebook page, @solidary artsforaucrania, so that, in a more comprehensive way, they can reach the greatest number of people.
The objective is also «to add more artists to help the cause».
