The Municipal Market of Faro celebrates, next Tuesday, February 8th, the 15th anniversary since its inauguration, after the works it underwent.
This year, there will be no birthday cake, but… «a truly innovative initiative, which will be unveiled on the occasion and which we think will also be to the taste of our visitors», says Ambifaro, municipal company that manages the Market.
During the morning, the Municipal Market of Faro will also feature the performance of the well-known singer and interpreter Mário Spencer.
There will also be interventions by Rogério Bacalhau, president of the Chamber of Faro, and Henrique Gomes, chairman of the Board of Directors of Ambifaro.
In addition to the sales stalls, the Municipal Market has, since 2009, the Loja do Cidadão, a structure with 2.100 square meters, which houses the service counters of various public and private entities, facilitating the relationship of citizens and companies with the public administration.
