Tavira Library hosts training on “Customer Service and Reception”

The training is intended for a maximum number of 15 people

A training course on “Customer Service and Reception” takes place on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th and 15th of March, at the Álvaro de Campos Municipal Library, in Tavira. 

The initiative is essentially aimed at professionals in the tourism, catering and commerce sector, although it may be of interest to the general public.

This action, in person and lasting 17 hours, arises from the partnership established between the Municipality of Tavira and Turismo de Portugal IP – Vila Real de Santo António Hospitality School, within the scope of the Training + Próxima program.

Interested parties must make their registration with the Digital Academy.

After receiving a validation e-mail, they must complete the registration, thus meeting the conditions to formalize the registration, through the link corresponding to the desired course.

The training is intended for a maximum number of 15 people.

If you are unable to join the group, you must express your intention to participate in the future, sending an email to one of the organizing entities.
