Access Culture returns to Faro to debate “Our values: neither had nor found?”

Access Culture organizes debates open to professionals in the cultural sector and to all people interested in reflecting together on issues related to accessibility – physical, social and intellectual.

The Access Culture debates return to Faro to the face-to-face format, once again with the collaboration of the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve. The meeting will be on the 15th of February, at 18:30, with the theme “Our values: neither had nor found?”.

The session takes place at Teatro das Figuras, with guests Adriana Freire Nogueira, Regional Director of Culture in the Algarve, Carolina Santos, from Mákina de Cena, Daniela Garcia, from the Open Studios project. Faro, and the moderation of João de Brito, actor, director and artistic director of Lama Teatro.

In the session, several questions will be discussed, such as: What are the values ​​of each cultural organization? Why should they be defined and assumed? How do they express themselves? And how do cultural organizations identify, cultivate and transmit important values ​​to the communities in which they operate?

In this return to the debates of Acesso Cultura, Faro joins the cities of Aveiro, Castelo Branco, Covilhã, Évora, Famalicão, Funchal, Lisbon, Ponta Delgada, Porto and Torres Novas, for a series of sessions to be held until November.
