The photographic exhibition “Movimentos do Aeródromo”, by José Estiveira, will be on display from 29 November to 7 January, at the headquarters of EMARP – Municipal Water and Waste Company of Portimão.
This exhibition brings together a set of images that illustrate the various activities that take place at the Municipal Aerodrome of Portimão, located in the Montes de Alvor area.
Born in Silves, where he was born 71 years ago, José Estiveira has dedicated himself to teaching photography, in addition to exhibiting collectively and individually in numerous institutions across the country, especially the Museu da Marinha or the Sociedade Nacional de Geografia, as well. as in the cultural facilities of several municipalities.
The photography exhibition is part of EMARP's 50th anniversary celebration program (1971 – 2021) and can be visited from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 17:00 pm.
