Docapesca – Portos e Lotas announced today that it has launched a tender for the construction of a car park in the fishing port of the River Arade.
The intervention, which "intends to improve the planning and accessibility of this port", represents an investment of 180 thousand euros.
The work aims to create 91 parking spaces, four of them for electric vehicles and four parking spaces for users with limited mobility. The creation of an access ramp for people with reduced mobility is also planned.
Docapesca is an entity of the State's business sector, supervised by the Ministry of the Sea, which is in charge of the first sale service of fish and the exploration of fishing ports and auctions.
