Farense still doesn't win in the II League, after this Sunday night, having tied (2-2), in the trip to Vilafranquense's ground. The Algarvian team scored first, allowed the turnaround in the marker, but, already outnumbered, managed to equalize.
The game started without much interest and the first opportunity came after 19 minutes, for Vilafranquense. Mike Moura appeared free in the area to shoot, but the shot went out to the figure of goalkeeper Ricardo Velho.
At 26′, the Farense goalkeeper showed his service again, denying the goal to Nenê who, in the heart of the area, added a cross from the left to the goal.
Farense responded, in the 30th minute, and with a lot of danger. Henrique crossed and Robson, head, hit the post.
The Algarve team came back better after the break and, in the 57th minute, reached the goal. And what a goal! Loide Augusto, from outside the area, shot strong and from the angle without any chance for the goalkeeper of Vilafranquense.
However, the Algarve advantage did not last long and, on 65 minutes, Jules Mendy tied the match. After a corner, Mike Moura shot, Ricardo Velho saved but, on the rebound, Mendy did the goal.
At 68′, the marker could have turned around, but Ricardo Velho, with another great save, denied the goal to Nenê.
In the next minute, Farense's life became more complicated, when Fabrício Isidoro received his second yellow card, after a foul on Eric Veiga, and was sent off.
Vilafranquense knew how to take advantage of the numerical advantage and, in the 77th minute, managed to turn the score around. After Eric Veiga's shot, André Seruca deflected the ball into his own goal, “betraying” Ricardo Velho.
However, Farense still had a say in the match and managed to tie in the 83rd minute, when Henrique crossed into the area and Pedro Henrique deflected it to tie.
Almost at the end of the 90th minute, the Algarvians had a sovereign opportunity to regain the lead on the scoreboard. Amine received it inside the area, shot with her left foot, but the ball went inches from the post.
With this draw, Farense still doesn't know the taste of victory this season and is in the relegation zone with 4 points, a result of four draws and three defeats.
