Mainland Portugal will remain on alert due to the covid-19 pandemic until 30 November, the Government announced today.
At the press conference after the council of ministers, the minister of State and the Presidency, Mariana Vieira da Silva, stated that the alert situation is extended until 23:59 on 30 November.
Mainland Portugal has been on alert since the 1st of October, which ended on Sunday.
The alert situation is the lowest level of response to disaster situations provided for in the Basic Civil Protection Law.
