The partnership between the municipality and the association «has the purpose of guiding, informing, monitoring and promoting local companies, through the constitution of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the free provision of economic and financial consultancy, legal support and other services, particularly at the level promotion, professional training, help to implement the business plan and encourage business partnerships».

The human resources and technical assistance are the responsibility of ACRAL, which has the municipality's monetary support.

"This Office complements the answers already given by the municipal support services to entrepreneurs and local companies, which focus mainly on the aspects of licensing, information on support programs, facilitation of the relationship with public administration and investment entities, which are given through the Investalgarve project, of the Espaço Empresa Municipal and, in the current context of crisis, also in the scope of the “Lagos Apoia” program», framed the Lacobrigense autarchy.
