Geopalcos took science communication and “Osso do Mar” to the Sal Gema Mine

The initiative took place within the scope of the Geopalcos Festival

 

This Friday, July 2nd, the Sal Gema Mine, in Loulé, hosted a round table on “Communication of Science”, with the right to a visit to the artistic installation “Osso do Mar”, with a performance by Loulé's João Cayan. 

This round table brought together Hélder Pereira, professor at the Loulé Secondary School, Manuel Célio Conceição, professor at the University of Algarve, and Cristina Veiga-Pires, scientific director of the aspiring Geoparque Algarvensis Loulé-Silves-Albufeira.

The initiative took place within the scope of the Geopalcos Festival and also had a visit to the artistic installation “Osso do Mar”, with a performance by João Caiano.
