The group exhibition “One Stop Away” opens this Saturday, July 17, from 19 pm, at Galeria Municipal Trem, in Faro.
This exhibition brings together works by Ana André, Jeffrey Gaylord Carter, Jill Stott, Meinke Flesseman and Vasco Vidigal.
The exhibition will be organized by Artadentro in collaboration with the Municipal Museum of Faro, bringing together works by artists from Faro and members of the Olhão Painters group.
According to the organization, the exhibition «displays works that approach the landscape from different perspectives: from the painting of outdoors, in an update of the pre-impressionist tradition, the landscape as a theme/pretext for expressive exploration, the landscape as the dwelling place, the landscape as a matter of pictorial exploration or the landscape altered by technology».
