FlixBus will connect Armação de Pêra, Portimão and Lagos to Lisbon

Trips begin this Thursday, 29th of July

FlixBus will expand its travel network in Portugal and link Armação de Pêra, Portimão and Lagos to Lisbon – Oriente, starting this Thursday, 29 July.

Prices can vary according to the advance of purchase, somewhat similar to what happens with airlines, so "the sooner the tickets are purchased, the cheaper the trip", says the company.

As an example, for the Lisbon – Lagos route, the ticket price starts at 5,99 euros.

Tickets can be purchased online or locally, at various points in Lagos, Portimão, and Armação de Pêra. They can also be purchased directly from the driver, on the bus.

In Lagos and Portimão, the stop is at the Bus Terminal. In Armação, the stop is on Via Dorsal, next to the Health Centre.

Operating in Portugal since 2019, FlixBus "has brought to the Portuguese market a new way of traveling, more comfortable, economic and sustainable", with buses that are "newer, more comfortable, and with extra legroom", says in the note sent by the company to the newsrooms.

These means of transport by the company have "free Wi-Fi access" and an "in-flight entertainment service", and are also equipped with "sockets for PCs, mobile phones and tablets".

The buses also comply with «the Euro VI standard, the most demanding in Europe in terms of CO2 emissions, and are also the most efficient and sustainable on the market», concludes FlixBus.
