The City Council of São Brás de Alportel is accepting proposals for the promotion and use of the space to support the new “Circular” bus terminal, which will be concessioned at a public auction on 6 July, at 15 pm, in Paços do Concelho.
«In addition to providing the ticket sales and public transport information service, the terminal support space will be a tourist information point and support for the Circular Maintenance Circuit and may also host a new, complementary entrepreneurial project their functions', described the municipality.
Those interested in securing the concession will have to submit proposals for additional use of the space by 12:00 noon on 5 July, either in person, at the Municipal Office, in Paços do Concelho, or via email [email protected].
Candidates must have a plan for the promotion of activities, proposals for interior decoration and a working hours plan and a description of the competitor's professional experience, namely in similar spaces and businesses.
During the morning of the 6th, the Municipality will announce which proposals have been validated through the Municipality's website and a notice posted in the usual places, followed in the afternoon by the public auction, which will take place with the presence of the competitors of the validated projects .
«The bid base will be 150 euros and the following bids will have to be at least 50 euros. VAT will be added to the final auction price, at the statutory rate in force», according to the City Council of São Brás de Alportel.
