The tender for the attribution, under a supported lease regime, of 26 social housing units, in the municipality of Olhão, started this Monday, February 1st, and remains open until April 26th.
The apartments, with types between T1 and T4, are located in Quelfes (17), Olhão (5), Moncarapacho (3) and Fuseta (1).
Interested parties, who must have resided in the municipality of Olhão for at least 5 years, without interruption, will be able to consult all the documentation regarding the tender on the Municipality's website.

Applications must be delivered directly to the Municipality's Balcão Único, or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Due to the constraints imposed by the pandemic, face-to-face assistance will require prior appointment, through the telephone number 289 700 166.
The definitive list of selected candidates, says the Chamber of Olhão, "will be published in due course, and the houses will be awarded, as has been the case, by a public draw, on a date to be announced, in order to guarantee the transparency of the entire process" .
According to the municipality, "the allocation of these social housing houses follows an investment in the redevelopment of the municipal housing stock, which has been carried out by the municipal company Fesnima".
Altogether, guarantees the City Council, «it is planned to invest, by the end of the mandate, around 3 million euros in the rehabilitation of social housing in the municipality».
