Although they cannot be present in a real way, citizens can participate in the session of the Municipal Assembly of Portimão, during the period of citizen intervention, asking their questions in advance via email addressed to the AM president, to [email protected] until 17:00 on the 26th of February.
This measure has to do with security and public health reasons motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic, which requires that the session be held by videoconference and not in person.
However, the session will be recorded and this recording will be published on the Municipality's website, with the link: https://www.cm-portimao.pt/menus/autarquia/assembleia-municipal
The 1st ordinary session of this year of AM portimonense is scheduled for February 26th, at 20:00, by videoconference, and will discuss and vote on a proposal on the process of recruiting division heads by the municipality.
The period before the Agenda foresees the “Appraisal of the information written by the Mayor of Portimão”.
The only item on the Agenda follows, “Discussion and voting on the proposal on the composition of recruitment for managerial positions – competitive procedures for filling 10 division heads positions – 2nd grade intermediate management positions”.
