Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa was the most voted candidate in Monchique, having obtained 68,17% of the votes, followed by Ana Gomes, with 10,88%, in the Presidential Elections this Sunday.
André Ventura was the 3rd most voted in that mountain council (8,33%). This is followed by Marisa Matias (4,88%), João Ferreira (3,27%), Vitorino Silva (3,04%) and Tiago Mayan Gonçalves (1,43%).
Abstention reached 49,19% in the municipality of Monchique.
