Docapesca awarded, for 56 thousand euros, the contract to improve energy efficiency in the fishing port of the River Arade, which foresees the replacement of 18 luminaires and 34 projectors with LED equipment.
With this change to LED, the installed power is reduced from 24.720 to 9.690 Watts (W), that is, 61% less, allowing for environmental gains and a lower energy bill.
In 39 of these luminaires, anti-bird protection elements will be mounted.
The general framework of the processing station at the fishing port of Portimão will also be replaced.
