The Vila Nova de Cacela Post Office has been open since last Friday, November 6th, at the Parish Council premises, in Largo Manuel Cabanas, from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm (weekdays).
After the closure of the old post on October 9, the municipality reached an agreement with the CTT «to reopen a space that it considers essential for the population, as most are elderly, with little mobility, without transport and without the means to make payments or receive the reforms'.
At the opening, and in addition to the entire executive of the Parish Council, representatives of CTT – Correios de Portugal were present: Vítor Sebastião (Southern Retail Coordination), José Brito (B2C South External Channels Coordination) and Natércia Palma and Inês Guilherme (CTT -VRSA).~
