The Portimão Chamber is going to distribute 100 community masks to the population, with the support of local associations. The action, which started this Friday, November 20, wants to combat the spread of contagion by Covid-19.

Isilda Gomes, mayor, this morning was in one of the local associations where masks can be lifted, namely the Barlavento do Algarve Blood Donors Association, following the first moments of this initiative, and where she expressed public recognition for the unique work of this association.

The mayor took the opportunity to thank the commitment of the entire associative movement and of the parish councils in the county in order to be able to distribute the 100 masks.
