The Forgotten Food Festival, one of the most original initiatives of this troubled edition of 365Algarve, culminated this Saturday, October 17th, with a party dedicated to «Memory», in Querença.
The threatened biodiversity, the disappearance of food traditions, the lack of time in our daily lives, the counterpoint to globalization, the smells, flavors, textures, colors and sounds of the past and even the love stories were in evidence in this activity . Here is the video report.
