Chaos in the access to the racecourse

The Formula 1 Grand Prix has only 27 spectators, instead of the 90 that the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve could hold if there were no Covid-19, but even so, the access roads to the Portimonense motorsport are all clogged with long lines for those who want to see the race, but also for those who simply want to get home.

The images of the chaos that is being experienced this morning on the roads surrounding the racecourse and the complaints from the public, but also from the residents of villages and places in that area, quickly reached the editorial office of the Sul Informação and to social networks.

After all, many of those who are still stuck in traffic risk missing the start of the race, one of the most exciting moments of the race, as they have been stuck in traffic for more than an hour. Some will have missed, moreover, the performance of Cuca Roseta, who sang the national anthem on the track at the racecourse.

Residents, in many cases, have their plans for this Sunday spoiled.
